The
contract price for your project is Guaranteed! That
means no surprises!
At CountryScape, we stress the importance of getting a detailed
contract from any contractor you hire. A detailed agreement
is the best tool for making your expectations clear, and understanding
everything included in the cost. When you hire CountryScape for
your project, you will receive a detailed agreement regarding your
project, addressing all of your questions.
Hiring a contractor on a 'hand-shake' agreement is risky. Even if
your contractor has the best intentions, the end result may still
not meet your expectations. For example, what if your landscaper
intended to pile soil behind your shed after excavating for a walkway,
but you assumed they'd truck it away…you would want to know that!
When you work with CountryScape, there are no surprises. Just clear
communication, diligent craftsmanship and peace of mind.
