Q: Do you charge for an estimate or design suggestions?
A:
There's no charge for a site visit or estimate. Besides gathering measurements and other information needed for a quote, we'll also go over some design ideas for your project and discuss whether formal drawings are needed. Click here for more information on design plans and costs.

Q: What does the average patio project cost?
A:
Every project is unique, so there's no good answer to that question. Why not have Justin meet you at your property to see the site and discuss your ideas? There's no charge for this service. You can also E-mail or Contact our office to make an appointment.

Q: When can you start my project?
A: Most projects can be started within four to eight weeks from our
first meeting, sometimes sooner.

Q: How long will my project take to complete?
A: Most customers are pleasantly surprised when we tell them how quickly we can finish their project. A patio can take as little as five days to complete. Leaving you plenty of time to enjoy it!

Q: Will Justin be on site to oversee our project?
A: Absolutely! Justin works side-by-side with his employees on every project. When Justin can't be there, CountryScape Project Foreman John Buxton is there, overseeing the project.

Q: Do you warrant your work?
A:
Yes! CountryScape backs up its craftsmanship for a period of (5) years. You'll find the terms spelled out in our service agreement.

Q: Will my project require a permit?
A:
Most projects don't require permits. In those rare instances when they do, CountryScape takes care of the permitting process.

Q: Is CountryScape licensed and insured?
A: Definitely! CountryScape carries liability insurance and workers compensation for our employees, for our protection and yours. Owner Justin Bardwell is also a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor.

Q: Do you have any references I could talk to?
A: We take special pride in the fact that so many of our customers make themselves available as references. In most cases, we can help you contact a past customer with a project similar to yours, or even arrange to see their project. If you're interested in references, please email Justin or visit our referrals page.
