Q:
Do you charge for an estimate or design help?
A: No. An Estimate and our Meeting are free. Besides
gathering any measurements and information needed for a quote, we
will also go over a few design ideas that seem to make sense for the
project at no cost. A determination on whether actual
drawings are needed can be made between CountryScape and the
homeowner. Click here
for more information on whether or not you will need a plan.
Q: What does
the average patio project cost?
A: This is a difficult question to answer because
no two patios are exactly alike. Your best option is to have Justin
meet you at your property to see the site in person. Often Justin
can give you a quote right on-site. You may also email
Justin or Contact
our office to make an appointment.
Q: When can you start
my project?
A: Our goal is to accommodate our customers on a
first come first served basis. Exceptions can be made for customers
on a tight timeline etc. although most projects can be started within
four to eight weeks from our first meeting, sometimes sooner.
Q: How long
will my project take to complete?
A: Most customers are quite surprised when we tell
them how quickly we can finish their project. A basic, averaged sized
patio can take as little as five days to complete. Leaving you plenty
of time to enjoy it!
Q: Will
Justin be on site to oversee our project?
A: Yes. Justin works side by side with his employees
on a daily basis on all of our projects. Justin wears many hats as
owner and does occasionally have to run errands to keep the crew on
task, in which business partner John Buxton would oversee the project.
Q: Does your work carry
a warranty?
A: Yes. While the exact terms are laid out in length
on our service agreement, CountryScape does back up its craftsmanship
for a period of Five years. For more information on our polices or
should a problem ever arise please Contact
CountryScape and we will be happy to help.
Q: Will my project
require a permit?
A: Almost never. Most projects do not require any
permits. There are a few instances where a permit is required, i.e.
a retaining wall over 4' in which CountryScape would pull a permit.
Q: Is CountryScape
licensed and insured?
A: Yes, CountryScape does carry liability insurance
and workers compensation for our employess. CountryScape owner, Justin
Bardwell also carries a Mass. Construction Supervisors License.
Q: Do you
have any references I could talk to?
A: Yes. CountryScape customers often offer to be
used for reference. In most cases we can help you contact a past customer
with a similar project to your own and even visit their project in
person. If you are interested in a list of references please email
Justin.
